If you love food and wine (um, who doesn’t??) and you live in the Vancouver area or will be there on February 7, 2014, listen up! Our friends at Vancouver Magazine are hosting their 8th annual ‘Big Night’, a food and drink extravaganza that features delectable dishes created by chefs from Restaurant Award-winning restaurants across Vancouver. The dishes will be paired with the Best of Category wines, as selected in the magazine’s 2014 Wine Awards.
The event, which will be held in the Jewel Ballroom, will feature chefs from a great line-up of restaurants, including, Blue Water Café + Raw Bar, Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill & Enoteca, Hawksworth and La Quercia.
Big Night is a fun night of food and drink and also includes a raffle benefitting Les Dames d’Escoffier, who will be auctioning off a “Wall of Wine” as well as a “Dinner of a Lifetime” for 8 with expertly paired wines for one lucky ticket holder.
